@ Jeff: I get several “press release” style emails. Some I don’t go over if I don’t find them related enough. That or I don;t actually go over the entire release as presented.

Interesting show about Time Management…. I work from home and know how tough it can be to divide time up effectively. Sometimes you just have to stop what you’re doing and go do something else totally different.
